iSpy uses your webcams and microphones to detect and record movement or sound and provides security, surveillance, monitoring and alerting services. Any media that is captured is compressed to flash video and available over the web or via the built in web server. iSpy can run on multiple computers and you can use the built-in webserver or our website to view captured media, live webcam feeds and control iSpy remotely. iSpy is open source.

The U_Law.class will then convert that to (or from) *.AU mu-law 8-bit encoding format which you can then play with AudioPlayer.player.start(bis) in an application or with Applet.getAudioClip in an Applet. This is just a sample program. You would insert your own mathematical functions.
