Epilog for Windows is a program that facilitates the central collection and processing of Windows text-based log files. Epilog for Windows also supports date stamped log files such as IIS, ISA, SMTP and Exchange message tracking logs. Log information is converted to tab delimited text format, then delivered using syslog to a remote server. Epilog is free software with source available under the terms of the GPL.

Snare Agent for Windows

Snare for Windows is a Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows 2003 service that interacts with the Windows Eventlog to transfer log information in real-time. Events from the Security, Application, System, DNS, File Replication Service, and Active Directory logs are supported. Log data is converted to text, and delivered to a remote Snare or Syslog server.
